We began our RV dream around 2007 when we started to attend annual RV shows in Tampa, Florida. We had our eyes on a Class A for the size and comfort of full-time RVing. Each year we noted what features we really wanted to have in our RV. Over the years we talked with other RVers and attended RV Rallies. The Tiffin motorhomes were always our favorite.
Having lived, worked and played in Venice & Sarasota, Florida for most of our lives, we decided we would sell everything and become full-time RVers. So, in March, 2014, we sold our home in four days, visited the Tiffin RV factory in Red Bay, Alabama, and purchased our Tiffin - Phaeton at Lazy Days in Tampa. When we retired in May, we stayed at Sun-N-Fun RV Resort in Sarasota for three months while we outfitted our new RV, and in August we were on the road to our first destination in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

About Us
Mike settled in Venice, Florida when he was 12 years old, originally from Dearfield, Illinois. Sharon relocated to Venice when she was 19 years old, originally from Glendale, Wisconsin. We have been married since 1975, and have no children. Mike is the retired Fire Chief of Sarasota County, Florida and Sharon retired as a real estate paralegal at a Sarasota law firm.
